Since last these days, i have tried to open ITW but it seems a server problem has happened on it as they always(!) have on its server.. so then finally i decided to sign me up again on tBlog.com in here. hmm this site looks much better?? i am getting forgetaful though..haha well anyway, now i have more functions to set up which got me exciting. in here they contains kinda too much buttons to check for my own skin tho, anyhow i will check them back and see some changes for more.:) and today is rainy sunday. it is still raining only outside and i feel my toes are kinda cold for now.. it might need a socks to keep them warm..hm, coold.. i just worried about Hula practice in the cold floor in the winter season. ooh.. so since june this year, i have been enjoying hula lessons. it seems like my inner-muscles are slightly building! last night i noticed i can see a small of back, it is still really tiny change tho. and my instractor was saying that our each thighs is getting strong in keeping practices. maybe i would have big arms, big legs at least near the future. haha it scares me. but it has been very fun workout. i want to keep learning and share this fun with friends even when i get to reach at old lady days. first i would need excises more and more, i know. and, new excercise has begun two wks ago. one is in a kneeling posture, slowly reach back and keep chest up, and straighten up. if you didn't have thigh mascle to hold upper body, you would get really hurt. it is funny..haha and another is in a sitting poture with bending down to reach four points. diagonally forward right, backward right, and backward left, forward left. and again, go round counterclockwise. 4 set from side to side. yes, it hurts instep of my feet. but when i get used to this, muscles of the back would help to let it round easily. well still, i have a long way to.:)
